Access to Advanced Health Institute is Hiring a Communications Assistant (PT) Near Seattle, WA
- Help design and implement various communications campaigns.
- Draft and edit communications copy and images, website updates, social media posts.
- Prepare presentations and ad hoc reports.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Format internal and external newsletters, schedule distribution, and implement strategy to expand campaign reach via newsletters.
- Maintain and implement strategy to expand distribution lists
- Format event-specific social media campaigns and suggest audience expansion strategies.
- Maintain a media log and reporter/activity log.
- Draft coverage reports.
- Update and tag publications and media listings on website.
- Format press releases and other media for website.
- Monitor website tracking and analytics.
- Maintain and edit internal and external websites.
